Krista Smith, Registered Psychologist #781
Krista is registered with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists with an Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE), which means she been approved by the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists to make diagnoses. Krista has worked in a clinical private practice setting since 2007. She provides counselling to individuals, couples, and families. Krista resides locally and is the mom of two adult and two teen children, one of whom has special needs.
Krista has a broad range of experience. She works with clients from preschool-aged to the elderly. She works one-on-one with adults and couples. She also works with children/youth and their families to address behavioral, peer, family, and academic/school concerns.

She is comfortable and experienced working with clients from a variety of family structures including nuclear, step-families, same-sex, and non-traditional family structures. She recognizes that each family requires an individualized approach and works to ensure the counselling meets the needs of all family members.
Krista is passionate about working with clients to come up with a unique and individualized plan. She bases this plan on current research into human wellness alongside a client’s values, beliefs, and strengths and works alongside clients to set goals and implement plans to achieve those goals. She helps clients break down their goals into manageable steps so that they can implement lasting changes and see growth in the areas that they identify as important to them. She helps clients to gain insight and recognize the skills that they have to navigate the hurdles that come their way in life. Whether clients are looking to gain insight into themselves, navigate a difficult situation or relationship, discuss a past situation or problem solve for the future, Krista’s goal is that each client leaves feeling heard, respected, and like they have a realistic and doable plan moving forward.
Sharon Kambale, BSW, Registered Social Worker
Sharon is a Clinical Social Worker with five years of mental health experience. She provides counselling and psychoeducation to children, teens and adults. She is trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and trauma-informed care. Sharon has experience focusing on family and relationship therapy, substance abuse and life transitions. In addition to providing counselling services, her work involves collaborating with community stakeholders to develop programs that encourage cultural sensitivity and anti-oppressive practices.

Sharon provides an approach that is client-centered, fostering a safe environment for healing and personal growth. Currently completing her Master’s Degree in Counselling at Yorkville University, she is passionate about promoting mental health access and equity.

Dale Mitchall, Master’s Level Professional Counsellor
Dale holds a Master of Educational Psychology degree and is registered with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers. She has over 20 years of counselling experience while employed in clinical, agency, health and school/educational settings. She has been working as a private practice clinician for over 8 years to date.
She supports individuals and families using solution-focused, strengths-based approaches, and believes that all people have the capacity to create and sustain positive change within themselves. Her therapeutic approach is always holistic, compassionate and client centered; always meeting people where they are at. She strives to help her clients regain a positive quality of life, as well as rebuilding their strength and resiliency to face life’s challenges and stressors.

Dale has worked with a culturally diverse population of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. She has worked extensively with stress, grief and loss, mood disorders that include depression, anxiety, and anxiety-related conditions. Her interest in working with anxiety has led her to complete a program through the Institute of Certified Anxiety Treatment Professionals, leading to certification in Clinical Anxiety Treatment (CCATP-CA). She has also done specific training in the area of managing sleep problems in people who have trauma, depression, anxiety and pain.
In her work with individuals and families, Dale utilizes a number of evidence-based modalities of counselling such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Techniques and Motivational Therapy. She has completed several hours of training in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy as well as holding certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Dale does telehealth (video counselling) and telephone counselling only. Our video platform is confidential and very easy to use. In addition, research indicates that video counselling is just as effective as face-to-face counselling and can be accessed from the comfort and convenience of your own home, with days and times that are flexible to your needs.
She works with adolescents and adults who are dealing with issues related to trauma, mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, grief and loss, divorce/separation, co-parenting, behavioral issues, emotional regulation, parenting issues, relationship issues, among other challenges.

Stacey Braithwaite, Registered Psychologist #694
Stacey is a Registered Psychologist with an Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE) which means she been approved by the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists to make diagnoses. She is also a long-standing member of the Psychology Association of Saskatchewan.
Stacey has a broad range of experience working in the public school system, palliative care, child and youth treatment programs, and private practice. Within these settings, Stacey has provided counselling and assessment with children, youth, and adults dealing with a variety of issues such as trauma, grief, challenging behaviours, learning difficulties, mood disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

Stacey offers psycho-educational assessments with children and youth up to age 21 years. This type of evaluation focuses on assessment and interpretation of educationally related psychological tests and educational tests, including tests of cognitive abilities, memory, achievement, as well as measures of behaviour.
Paula Moon-Wozney, Registered Psychologist #1023
Paula is a Registered Psychologist with an Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE) which means she been approved by the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists to make diagnoses.
Paula has many years of experience in assessment with individuals ages 7-62. She has several years of experience working in post-secondary, working with adults of all ages. Paula is very familiar with accommodations appropriate for post-secondary settings. She has also worked with several different school divisions (K-12) and is well-versed in recommendations for elementary and high school students.

She began doing private practice work in 2022 working with adults, teens, and children. Her key areas of focus include ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders (learning disabilities), Intellectual Developmental Disability, anxiety and depression. Paula is passionate about helping people of all ages learn more about their strengths and challenges, and about helping them develop strategies for all areas of life.
